Alkaline Trio has lined up more North American tour dates to back 2005's "Crimson," including a three-night stand in Chicago.
The group's next jaunt begins March 30 in Sparks, NV, and shows are set through early June. The full itinerary is below.
"Crimson" is Alkaline Trio's follow-up to 2003's "Good Mourning." The group--singer/guitarist Matt Skiba, drummer Derek Grant, and bassist Dan Andriano--recorded the new set with producer Jerry Finn (Green Day, Blink-182).
In December, the band issued an updated version of the set, dubbed "Crimson: Deluxe Edition," that features the original tracklisting, as well as demos for 10 of the songs, four acoustic tracks and two videos.
"Burn," a cut originally featured on "Crimson," can also be found on the "Underworld: Evolution" soundtrack, which hit stores in January.
The Lawrence Arms, The Black Maria and The Draft are among the groups that will rotate through the tour's opening slot.
