Nine Inch Nails sharpen claws for winter tour

Nine Inch Nails have filled in some cracks in the itinerary for their winter tour of North America--which kicks off early next month--and have lined up on-sale dates for tickets to a slew of shows.

New to the schedule since last check is a February stop in Milwaukee, and March stops in Atlantic City, NJ; Bossier City, LA; and El Paso, TX. Tickets for the Milwaukee gig are on sale now, while those for the Atlantic City show are scheduled to hit the box office Saturday (1/14). That same day, tickets will also go on sale for a number of previously announced North American shows.

Tickets for a handful of remaining shows will go on sale Jan. 21, while on-sale dates for tickets to the new Bossier City and El Paso stops, as well as a previously announced Pensacola, FL, show are yet to be announced. Details are included in the itinerary below.

Additional dates will be announced in the "coming days," according to NIN's website.

Led by band mastermind Trent Reznor, NIN has been on the road since the spring of last year in support of its May 2005 release, "With Teeth," which features the hit singles "Only," "Every Day Is Exactly the Same" and "Hand That Feeds." The latter track recently was nominated for a Grammy in the Best Hard Rock Performance category. The awards will be handed out during a Feb. 8 ceremony at Los Angeles' Staples Center, and will air live on CBS-TV.

"With Teeth"--NIN's first new studio set since 1999's "The Fragile"--debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 chart.
