Weekend Ticketing: Queen/Paul Rodgers, Aerosmith, Billy Joel, Ricky Martin, George Strait
Following up on a pair of recent U.S. showcases, Queen guitarist Brian May, drummer Roger Taylor and Bad Company frontman Paul Rodgers have unveiled plans for a six-week North American tour.
On-sales get underway Friday (12/9) for the trek's planned stops in Toronto and Vancouver, British Columbia, while tickets are set to hit the market Saturday (12/10) for shows in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, San Jose and St. Paul, MN.

Aerosmith and Lenny Kravitz, who will tour the arena circuit together well into the New Year, continue to announce new shows.
Tickets for the tour's upcoming stops in Glendale, AZ; San Diego; Portland, OR; Fresno, CA; Los Angeles; and Anaheim, CA, will go on sale Saturday (12/10).

Billy Joel is scheduled to launch his first major solo outing since his 1998-99 trek next year, and new dates continue to roll out.

Country superstar George Strait will play concerts in about 24 North American cities between January and June, and tickets continue to hit the market.
Saturday (12/10) on-sales are scheduled for Strait's 2006 appearances in St. Paul, MN; Omaha, NE; Oklahoma City, OK; North Little Rock, AR; and Birmingham, AL. On Monday (12/12), tickets are scheduled to roll out for Strait's planned Worcester, MA, show.
