Nine Inch Nails mastermind Trent Reznor, who earlier this week announced plans to lead his group on a winter tour through North America, has unveiled more dates for that run.
The band's schedule--which kicks off in mid-February and so far stretches through late March--now includes new stops in Lincoln, NE; Miami; Little Rock, AR; Corpus Christi, TX; Austin, TX; and Oklahoma City, OK. Tickets for some of those shows will hit the box office Friday (12/9), and on-sales for a number of previously announced dates are also set for the coming weekend. Details are included in the itinerary shown below.
News of Nine Inch Nails' 2006 tour plans overlaps with the end of the group's 2005 roadwork, which wraps up Saturday (12/10) in Los Angeles. There, the industrial rockers will appear as part of the annual KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas show. The two-day event also features System of a Down, Korn, Fall Out Boy, Depeche Mode, Coldplay, The White Stripes and more. Additional information is available at KROQ's website.
NIN has been on the road since the spring in support of its May release, "With Teeth," which features the hit single "Only," currently the No. 1 track on Billboard's latest Modern Rock chart.
"With Teeth"--NIN's first new studio set since 1999's "The Fragile"--debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 chart.
