Canadian rockers Nickelback have logged their first No. 1 album on the U.S. charts with their fifth set, "All the Right Reasons."
About 317,000 copies of the album were sold during its first week in stores, according to Billboard, easily topping the debut week of Twista's "The Day After," which enters The Billboard 200 album chart at No. 2. Claiming the No. 3 slot is Sara Evans' "Real Fine Place."
Gretchen Wilson's "All Jacked Up" drops from No. 1 to No. 4, while Sheryl Crow's "Wildflowers" drops from No. 2 to No. 5.
Wilco will play a Nov. 1 benefit concert at Chicago's Auditorium Theatre to benefit the New Orleans Musicians Relief Fund and the Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans. Tickets hit the market Saturday (10/15) at 11 a.m.
The new website Live Willie has begun offering MP3-audio downloads of select Willie Nelson concerts. Four shows are currently on sale, priced at $9.99 per download.
Motley Crue drops a new, two-disc concert DVD titled "Red, White, and Crue 2005: Better Live than Dead," on Oct. 25.
