Dave Matthews Band to spend the summer on the road

The Dave Matthews Band will spend yet another summer working the U.S. tour circuit, this time in support of a new studio set that is expected to surface in May.

The trek kicks off June 1 in Missouri, and is currently scheduled to touch down in more than 30 cities by early September. Two-night stands are planned in a number of markets.

Tickets for most shows will hit the box office April 2. Details are included in the itinerary below.

Members of the band's official fan club, dubbed The Warehouse, will have an early crack at tickets. More information is available at the club's website.

In addition to the newly announced headlining dates, the band's itinerary also includes a performance at the April 30 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, and a June 10 set at the annual Bonnaroo music festival.

Dave Matthews Band has spent the winter working on its follow-up to 2002's "Busted Stuff," and has been chronicling the process online. Neither a specific release date nor a title has been announced.
