Tickets for a number of shows are scheduled to hit the box office in the coming days. Details are shown in the itinerary below.

In addition to regular ticket sales, the group is also offering VIP packages via ILoveAllAccess.com, a premium ticket service that was rolled out earlier this year. Prices for the Eagles ticket packages range from $195 to $450 per ticket, and include a variety of perks. More information is posted at ILoveAllAccess.com.

Word of the 2005 tour and VIP ticket packages coincides with the launch of the band's new website, Eaglesband.com, and also heralds the demise of the band's official online fanclub, a short-lived endeavor launched last year with Yahoo.com.

The fanclub will be "permanently discontinued" on Dec. 10, according to a message posted at the site, which also contains refund information.

The Eagles' most recent release is last year's "Eagles -- The Very Best Of." The 33-track, two-disc set features hits such as "Hotel California," "The Best of My Love," "Heartache Tonight," and "Life in the Fast Lane." Also included is a new single titled "Hole in the World," as well as "Please Come Home for Christmas," which was previously available only as a commercial single.

No word on when an expected new studio album--the group's first since 1979's "The Long Run"--might surface.

The Eagles' "Farewell I" tour kicked off in mid-2003. The group's lineup currently consists of Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit.

Backing the quartet on tour are drummer Scott Crago, saxophonist Christian Mostert, and keyboardists Will Hollis and Michael Thompson.

Over the course of their three-decade career, The Eagles have sold more than 120 million albums worldwide, and have garnered four No. 1 U.S. singles and four Grammy awards, according to the group's publicist. Their hits compilation, "Greatest Hits 1971-1975," which has sold over 27 million copies, is the top-selling album of all time in the U.S.

The group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998.
