
More than two decades after it was stolen at a Portland, OR, concert, a briefcase containing lyrics and notes intended for the 1981 U2 album "October" has been returned.
According to published reports, the briefcase--which belonged to U2 frontman Bono--was found in 1981 by Cindy Harris, 44, in the attic of a rental home in Tacoma, WA. She reportedly didn't know the notes had been stolen until years later; a friend reportedly spent the last year contacting U2's manager.
After the notes were stolen, Bono had to try to reconstruct the lyrics for "October" in the studio.
Neil Diamond has announced a five-city tour of outdoor venues in the U.K. and Ireland for next May and June. He'll also tour Australia and New Zealand in March. Details are posted on Diamond's website.

Bowling for Soup has recorded a cover of the theme to the '60s sitcom "Gilligan's Island" for the new TBS reality-TV series "The Real Gilligan's Island."
The show will feature a cast of unknowns--including a skipper, a millionaire couple, an actress, and a professor--who try to get off an island. They'll be placed in scenarios similar to plots in the sitcom.
