
Titles for six of the 11 tracks that will appear the long-awaited follow-up to U2 's 2000 set, "All That You Can't Leave Behind," have been unveiled via the band's website.
According to U2.com, completed tracks include "Vertigo" (which was previously announced as the album's first single), "Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own," "City of Blinding Lights," "A Man and A Woman," "Yaweh," and "Crumbs From Your Table."
The as-yet-untitled album, due in stores in late November, was produced by Steve Lillywhite, was behind the boards for U2's first two albums and was also involved with "All That You Can't Leave Behind," "The Joshua Tree" and "Achtung Baby."
Tim McGraw 's "Live Like You Were Dying" notched U.S. sales of nearly 766,000 copies during its first week in stores, easily enough to claim the top slot on The Billboard 200 album chart.
R. Kelly 's "Happy People/U Saved Me," with sales of more than 400,000 copies during its first week in stores, claims the No. 2 slot, followed by Young Buck's "Straight Outta Ca$hville" and Mase's "Welcome Back," according to Billboard.
Rounding out the Top 5 is the hits compilation "NOW That's What I Call Music Vol. 16," which was last week's No. 1 album.
The five original members of Duran Duran will issue their first studio album together in 21 years, "Astronaut," on Oct. 12. The first single, "(Reach Up for the) Sunrise," was recorded in London with producer Don Gilmore (Linkin Park, Avril Lavigne).
The United Beats of Peace Tour, which was to launch in August with a lineup of BT , Particle, Dan the Automator and others, has been canceled "due to circumstances beyond its control," organizers said in a press release.
"As you all know, I've been wanting to go back out on the road with the band for 3 years now and this package tour looked like it was going to give me that opportunity," BT said in a statement. "I can’t tell you how upset I am that it won’t be happening and hope that there will be another chance to get the band together and out on the road in the near future."
