Kid Rock --who this weekend wraps up the current leg of his ongoing tour--returns to the road early next month for another round of dates that now stretches into the summer.
Rock has added to the upcoming leg a number of May and June stops, most of which focus on the Midwest and Northeast.
The Detroit rocker continues to back his latest release, a self-titled set that surfaced late last year. The album, which is the follow-up to 2001's "Cocky," features Rock's cover of Bad Company's "Feel Like Makin' Love." The song's music video is streaming at Rock's website.
"Kid Rock" features Rock's longtime band, Twisted Brown Trucker--guitarists Kenny Olson and Jason Krause, keyboardist Jimmie Bones and drummer Stefanie Eulinberg--as well as guest musicians Kenny Wayne Shepherd, David McMurray, ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons, Hank Williams Jr. and Sheryl Crow.
Next Wednesday (4/28), Rock is scheduled to perform on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno."
