The Rolling Stones will headline a "star-studded concert event" in Toronto "to celebrate the city and revive tourism," event sponsor Molson Inc. announced in a press release.

Details about the event--which comes as the city is experiencing an economic downturn due to SARS fears--will be announced during a Tuesday (6/23) press conference.

Someone reportedly stole $250,000 worth of jewelry from Lil' Kim --including her signature "Queen Bee" necklace--while she was at New York's Kennedy International Airport on Friday (6/20).

The rapper said she accidentally checked a Louis Vuitton bag packed with $500,000 worth of gems that she was carrying to the Black Entertainment Television Awards, according to the New York Daily News. Once she realized her mistake, her flight was delayed so that the bag could be pulled from the cargo hold. When she looked through the bag, she found that many of the most valuable pieces of jewelry were gone.

Proceeds from the concert will benefit Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre's Forward Foundation, which assists disabled and disadvantaged children in Mississippi and Wisconsin.

Raphael Saadiq , formerly of Tony! Toni! Tone!, will release his first live album sometime in October, according to a press release. The singer will cull material for the album--and a companion DVD--from three live performances that he'll give for fans and radio contest winners on July 2 in San Diego, July 3 in West Hollywood, CA, and July 4 in Las Vegas.

Meanwhile, Saadiq plans to issue his second solo studio album in February of 2004.
