Grown-up folk icon James Taylor [ tickets ] announced a U.S. tour kicking off this November in support of his latest release, "October Road" (Sony).

Taylor will spend September in Europe showcasing his first new material in 5 years before returning to the States for the Timothy White Tribute in Boston. Taylor will begin touring American arenas Nov. 8 in Duluth, Minn., and is slated to complete the itinerary in mid-December.
