U.S. Representative Howard Berman (D.-Calif.) has asked the Attorney General's office and the Federal Communications Commission to "investigate complaints that Clear Channel Communications Inc. abused its dominant market position as the No. 1 radio broadcaster and concert promoter to shut out competitors," Reuters reported.

Eagle Vision, Inc. has released "Marvin Gaye : Behind the Legend," a DVD documentary billed as "marking the first time all factions of Marvin's family have participated in a Marvin Gaye biography project," according to a press release. Among the footage included on the DVD is Gaye's 1982 Grammy award acceptance speech and exclusive concert performances of "What’s Goin’ On," "Sexual Healing" and two medleys.

Hear'Say, the manufactured band that became famous in the U.K. after the band's selection process was documented on the British TV show "Popstars," has replaced member Kym Marsh, who departed in January. Johnny Shentall, 23, formerly of Boom, is the new member, and he will appear on a new Hear'Say single to be released within the next few months.
