Krall is planning an April 4 New York benefit show for those affected by the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, but a venue has not been named yet.
"The Look of Love" (Verve), released in September, blends cinematic ballads and bossa nova tunes. The Nainamo, British Columbia, native earned her first Grammy nomination for her Nat King Cole tribute album "All for You." In 1999, she won a Best Jazz Vocal Performance for her platinum-selling album "When I Look in Your Eyes." The same year, she was the first jazz artist in 25 years to be nominated for a Grammy in the Album of the Year category, which Santana won.
