The Crystal Method headlines, plays radio fests

The Crystal Method has scheduled two weeks' worth of North American dates--a mixture of headlining club dates and performances at holiday radio festivals--in support of its sophomore major-label effort, "Tweekend."

The jaunt kicks off on Nov. 28 in Milwaukee, and currently runs through Dec. 15 in Detroit, where the Crystal Method will spin between sets at the Night 89X Stole Christmas holiday concert with Blink-182, 311 and others.

The tour's announcement follows the release of the second single from "Tweekend" (Outpost/Interscope Records), "You Know It's Hard (Murder)." The song, formerly called "Murder," features vocals from Stone Temple Pilots singer Scott Weiland.

Released July 31, "Tweekend" also spawned the single "Name of the Game." The album is the follow-up to 1997's "Vegas" (Outpost). "Tweekend" currently sits at No. 9 on Billboard’s new Top Electronic Albums chart.

The Las Vegas duo--Ken Jordan and Scott Kirkland--is upping its visibility this month through television and film. It recently hosted and spun at this year’s MTV Sports and Music Festival, scheduled to air throughout this coming week. Also, a short film from this summer's Seven Day Tweekend tour hit iFilm.com on Nov. 5.
