Snoop Dogg and Tha Liks join forces
update: Rapper Snoop Dogg is heading out on a major U.S. tour with Tha Liks, Bad Azz, Daz Dillenger, Doggy's Angels and Kurupt beginning on July 18 in Portland, Ore. The tour is scheduled to run through August.
At press time, venues were not available for all the cities listed on the itinerary. So far, tickets for three of the shows--July 18 in Portland, July 28 in Bakersfield, Calif., and July 29 in Chula Vista, Calif.--are on sale.
Snoop Dogg, who appears in the recently released film "Baby Boy," released his latest album, "Tha Last Meal" (Priority/No Limit), in December, and will also be featured on the July 31, sophomore release from his Eastsidaz trio, "Duces 'N Trayz ... the Old Fashioned Way" (Dogghouse/TVT).
Tha Liks, formerly known as the Alkaholiks, offer the new LP "X.O. Experience" (Loud) on July 10.
