Jamie Foxx continues pushing 'Intuition'

On the heels of his Fourth of July tour kick-off, Jamie Foxx has expanded his extensive "Blame It" tour behind last year's "Intuition."

The three-month US outing continues tonight (7/9) in Tulsa, OK, followed by stops at arenas and theaters in 37 cities from coast to coast. Since last check, the actor/comedian/singer has added seven performances, including shows in Rochester, NY (8/9); New Orleans (8/27); Birmingham, AL (9/4); and Columbia, SC (9/18). The tour concludes with an Oct. 16 appearance in Los Angeles. Details are included below.

Foxx released "Intuition," his third studio album, last December. The set--which features guest artists T-Pain, Lil Wayne and Kanye West--peaked at No. 3 on The Billboard 200 and includes the hit singles "She Got Her Own" and "Blame It."

The performer recently graced the silver screen in another biopic entitled "The Soloist," in which Foxx portrayed Nathaniel Ayers, a Julliard-trained musician who finds himself homeless and suffering from schizophrenia. Foxx won an Academy Award in 2004 for his portrayal of Ray Charles in "Ray."
