Toby Keith plugs in more shows

Currently in the early days of a summer tour with fellow country singer Trace Adkins, Toby Keith has booked a few more stops for that outing, as well as a few headlining dates of his own.

New to Keith's schedule since last check are a handful of shows with Adkins that are scattered across June, July and August. Keith will appear sans Adkins during a July appearance at St. Clairsville, OH's Jamboree in the Hills festival, and a quartet of late-August headlining shows split between Nevada and California. The full itinerary is included below.

Keith continues to work the road behind his 14th studio effort, last year's "That Don't Make Me a Bad Guy." Released in October, the set shot to No. 1 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart, marking Keith's seventh chart-topping record.

Last week, Keith appeared at the CMT Awards ceremony, where he performed his hit "God Love Her." Video footage of the performance is streaming at his website.

Adkins is backing his most recent studio set, "X," which surfaced last November and peaked at No. 7 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart.
