Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy to lead America's Most Wanted fest

Lil Wayne and Young Jeezy will lead a contingent of young hip-hop stars on the road this summer as the America's Most Wanted Festival treks from coast-to-coast across North America.

The traveling festival, which also features Soulja Boy and Drake , will kick off July 27 in Scranton, PA. The 21-city tour concludes with an Aug. 23 show in Dallas. Details are included below.

Lil Wayne continues to support his double-platinum release from last summer, "Tha Carter III," which sold nearly 3 million copies, topping the list of 2008's best-sellers. Along with continued work on "Tha Carter IV," Wayne marked his transition into the rock genre with his latest single, "Prom Queen," which surfaced in March, and is a track from his upcoming first rock album, "Rebirth."

Originally slated for release earlier this spring, "Rebirth" is now set to hit store shelves in August.

Young Jeezy's latest studio effort, "The Recession," debuted at No. 1 last September, moving 260,000 units in its first week on store shelves to give the rapper his second No. 1 album.

Soulja Boy's third album, "The DeAndre Way," is due in August, with the first single, "POW," already available through iTunes. The set follows last year's "iSouljaBoyTellem," which peaked at No. 43 on The Billboard 200 chart.

Toronto rapper Drake is currently working on a debut album, "Thank Me Later." The unsigned artist found radio success this year with "Best I Ever Had," which hit No. 1 on Billboard's Hot Rap Tracks chart. The musician/actor is also known for portraying Jimmy Brooks on the Canadian teen television drama "Degrassi: The Next Generation."
