Teen Star Aaron Carter To Tour Wal-Mart Stores

Aaron Carter, the 12-year-old brother of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, will open a 13-city tour of Wal-Mart stores on Sept. 20 in Little Rock, Ark. Each tour stop will feature a live performance by Aaron with dancers, followed by an autograph session.

The title track from Aaron’s forthcoming full-length album “Aaron’s Party (Come Get It)” is at No. 4 on SoundScan’s sales charts, and at No. 35 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, according to Jive Records. The album, due in stores on Sept. 26, is Aaron’s first for Jive, the home of Backstreet Boys , Britney Spears and ‘N Sync.

Aaron’s home video “Aaron’s Party (Come and Get It)--The Videos” was released last month, and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Music Videos chart.

His upcoming television appearances include: FOX Family's "The HiFi Room" (9/23), "The Rosie O'Donnell Show" (9/26), Nickelodeon's "Slimetime Live" (9/27), Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (11/23) and "Good Morning, America" (11/24).
