Hole will reportedly be leaving the tour they were scheduled to co-headline with Marilyn Manson . Comments by both acts and a posting on the official Marilyn Manson web site indicated over the weekend that Hole plans to leave the tour following Sunday night's (3/14) show at the Great Western Forum in Los Angeles.
At press time, official word on the status of Hole's involvement on future dates was unavailable. A Sonicnet report quoted a press statement from a Boston promoter who reportedly announced via local media on Friday that Hole would not perform a show scheduled in Boston on April 9th. The tour is currently scheduled to run through April 27th.
The vocalists of acts, Courtney Love and Marilyn Manson, have publicly bickered with each other since long before the tour was booked, lending an air of surprise to the announcement that the two acts would work together in the US following a brief stint together on Australia's Big Day Out tour in January.
After Sunday, the tour is scheduled to play consecutive nights in San Diego, Las Vegas and Phoenix beginning on Tuesday.
