Grown Men, Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen's band, has released its debut album, the San Francisco Examiner reported. Self-titled, the album is only available at Mercata.com, in which Allen is an investor. The band names Jimi Hendrix, the Eagles and Pink Floyd as influences.
Allen also founded the Experience Music Project, a music museum in Seattle.
Nashville's Ryman Auditorium, the original home of the Grand Ole Opry, is introducing the Ryman Limited Edition Acoustic Guitar. The wood for the 243 guitars came from pews from the auditorium's days as the Union Gospel Tabernacle.
