The summer touring season may be winding down but The Charlie Daniels Band certainly is not.
Daniels' lengthy Volunteer Jam tour with Shooter Jennings and .38 Special wrapped last month and the country legend is back on the road with dates scheduled through late December. He and his band will cross the US once again, and stop in Canada for a two-night stand in Rama, Ontario. Details are listed below.
Daniels continues to support last year's "Deuces," which features duets of his own hits as well as country, pop and R&B classics with stars including Brad Paisley, Travis Tritt, Vince Gill and Dolly Parton.
The veteran performer recently renewed his catalog deal with KOCH Records and will release two new studio albums under an existing agreement, according to a press release.
Earlier this year, Daniels celebrated 50 years in the music business and was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry.
The singer has scored hits on rock, country, pop and Christian charts, and his signature song, "The Devil Went Down to Georgia," earned him a Grammy in 1979. He also has a Dove award on his mantle alongside an Academy of Country Music Pioneer Award.
