Dr. Dre has made good on a threat to file a federal lawsuit against the city of Detroit following a dispute over a five-minute video that typically opens Dre's "Up In Smoke" tour. The rapper's suit, filed on Friday (6/14) alleges that Dre's civil rights were violated when authorities allegedly threatened to shut down a July 6 concert at the Detroit-owned Joe Louis Arena if the video was shown.
