Country singer George Strait has rescheduled three dates on his current tour as he tries to battle laryngitis.
Strait called off Thursday night's (1/24) gig in Jacksonville, FL, due to illness, and has also pushed back his planned weekend shows in Columbia, SC, and Baltimore, MD. He's currently scheduled to resume his tour next Thursday (1/31) in Sacramento, CA.
According to Strait's official website, the postponed Baltimore show has been rescheduled for April 4, while the
Columbia, SC, and Jacksonville, FL, gigs were rescheduled for April 5 and April 6, respectively.
Strait's latest release is "22 More Hits," which comprises 22 songs that reached hit status, but failed to top the country charts. He released the multi-platinum "50 Number Ones," comprised of chart-topping hits, in 2004.
