Former Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland takes to the road this fall in support of her sophomore solo set, "Ms. Kelly."
Rowland launches the run at the end of this month, and is currently scheduled to hit 15 cities, including a three-night finale in Las Vegas that wraps up Dec. 1. Details are shown below.
Released in July, "Ms. Kelly" follows Rowland's 2002 debut, "Simply Deep," which spawned the Grammy-winning cut "Dilemma," featuring rapper Nelly. The new set features leadoff single "Like This," for which Rowland teamed with rapper Eve. The latter song is one of several streaming at Rowland's MySpace page.
Also guesting on the album is rapper Snoop Dogg, who turns up on the cut "Ghetto," the music video for which is streaming at Rowland's website.
"I really put my heart and soul into this record, and not only am I excited that everyone's going to hear the music, I'm looking forward to people getting to hear the real me," Rowland said in a press release. "That's the reason I called the album 'Ms. Kelly.' Because the title is all about respect, being an adult and that's how I feel about my life, and my music. I know it's kind of a cliche to say, but Ms. Kelly really is the album I was meant to make."
