Eisley continues to prove that the family that rocks together stays together, with a fresh batch of new dates as the band looks to back its forthcoming new album, "Combinations."
While the DuPree siblings (plus cousin Garron) continue to work concert stages around the country on the band's current summer tour--which lands tonight (8/13) in Austin, TX--the group has already made plans for another run, this time kicking off Sept. 4 in Boston.
The whopping 43-city trek--this time a co-headlining run with Warner Brothers labelmates Mute Math --will keep the band on the road well into November. Dates are shown below.
Eisley's latest album is due in stores tomorrow (8/14), following up the outfit's 2005 debut effort, "Room Noises."
The Tyler, TX, quintet was formed in 1997 when the DuPree siblings--guitarist Chauntelle, singer/guitarist Sherri, singer/keyboardist Stacy and drummer Weston--hooked up with family friend Jon Wilson (bass) and began playing gigs in their hometown, Partridge Family-style (Stacy DuPree was just eight years old when the band began performing live).
The band recently became a full-fledged family act when cousin Garron DuPree replaced Wilson on bass.
Mute Math continues to back its self-titled debut album, which was released in September of last year. The full-length release followed a 2004 EP, "Reset," which represented the band's recording debut.
