
Pop-rockers Paramore have announced a string of spring headlining dates to introduce fans to their as-yet untitled sophomore collection.
The tour is set to kick off April 20 in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with dates scheduled through early May. Details are listed below. The Almost , This Providence and Love Arcade will hold down the opening slot April 20-May 3; Funeral For a Friend, This Providence and Love Arcade take over on May 4; The Almost, This Providence and Love Arcade fill in May 7-9; and This Providence and Quietdrive handle opening duties May 11-19.
The itinerary includes Paramore's third consecutive appearance at the annual Bamboozle festival, set for May 5-6 at East Rutherford, NJ's Meadowlands Sports Complex. The band will perform on the main stage May 5.
After the spring trek is finished, the Tennessee-based quintet will cross the Atlantic for a European headlining tour. Summer 2007 will be spent on the main stage of this year's Vans Warped Tour.
Paramore's upcoming album, produced by David Bendeth (Hawthorne Heights, Killswitch Engage), is slated for release June 12. The band's breakthrough debut, "All We Know is Falling," includes the singles "Pressure" and "All We Know."
Paramore--whose resume includes performances at Vans Warped Tour 2005 and 2006, and tours supporting Story of the Year and Simple Plan--features vocalist Hayley Williams, bassist John Hembree, lead guitarist Josh Farro, guitarist Jason Bynum and drummer Zac Farro.
