G-Unit rapper Tony Yayo --real name Marvin Bernard--touched off a dust-up last weekend when he allegedly struck a 14-year-old boy who reportedly is the son of Czar Entertainment head Jimmy "The Henchman" Rosemond; the elder Rosemond manages G-Unit's The Game . According to published reports, Bernard was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment for the March 24 incident, during which Bernard is accused of slapping and punching the minor in the ear and face.

Jeffrey Lichtman, Rosemond's lawyer, subsequently claimed in the press that G-Unit head 50 Cent ordered Yayo to carry out the assault. However, 50's lawyer, Benjamin Braman, has since issued a statement that claims 50 was not in the same state at the time of the incident, and that 50 may sue Lichtman for defamation.
