Britney Spears has exited a Malibu, CA, rehab center after a month of treatment at the facility.
In a statement issued Tuesday night (3/20), the pop singer's manager, Larry Rudolph, said Spears "has been released by the Promises Malibu Treatment Center after successfully completing their program."
People magazine reported that Spears' rehab stint was 15 days shorter than the typical program at Promises.
Spears first checked herself into the facility on Feb. 20, after she made international news by shaving her head, getting two new tattoos and subsequently club-hopping while wearing a blonde wig. She left the program a day later, but quickly checked herself back in, reportedly after her estranged husband, Kevin Federline, threatened to fight for custody of the couple's two sons.
Spears has been a fixture in the tabloids since filing for a divorce from Federline in November, and has been regularly spotted and photographed enjoying her new bachelorette status at a plethora of nightspots. On New Year's Eve, the singer collapsed during an appearance at an event in Las Vegas. Her camp claimed the incident was due to exhaustion.
