
Emo-rock band The Early November will start the New Year on the "Friends or Enemies Tour" in January and then hit the trail as headliners in March.
The lineup on the previously announced "Friends or Enemies" run also includes Fall Out Boy , New Found Glory and Permanent Me. That North American outing will stretch through Jan. 20, and The Early November will start the first leg of its own US tour March 1 in Reading, PA. The Rocket Summer, Melee and The Verdict will fill the opening slots for TEN's headlining gigs, which are listed below.
The Early November released an ambitious triple-CD, "The Mother, The Mechanic, and The Path," in July. The title has sold 75,000 copies so far, according to a press release. A few songs from the package are streaming at the band's MySpace page.
The new album follows 2003's "The Room's Too Cold," which was The Early November's debut full-length record on the Drive-Thru label.
The band has spent the past four months on the road with New Found Glory, touring the US, Canada, Japan and the UK.
Hammonton, NJ, quintet will close 2006 with a holiday show at Atlantic City's House of Blues that will also feature Bayside , All Time Low and fellow Drive-Thru artist Dave Melillo.
