Hinder makes progress with lengthy tour

Hinder , which just launched a new round of tour dates behind its 2005 debut album, has packed its itinerary through the end of the year.

The Oklahoma City-based rock quintet has lined up performances in more than 40 cities between now and Dec. 30, most of which are headlining dates that will feature support from Eighteen Visions and Lynam. Also on the docket are two mid-November shows with Breaking Benjamin, Buckcherry and Candlebox; a trio of December dates opening for Aerosmith ; and handful of early December concerts with Staind , two of which will include Three Days Grace and one of which will feature 3 Doors Down . The details are broken down in the itinerary shown below.

Capping Hinder's 2006 roadwork is a Dec. 30 hometown concert at the Bricktown Events Center. A presale is underway for tickets to that show, as well as for a number of other dates on the band's schedule. Details are available at the group's website.

Hinder's in-progress trek backs "Extreme Behavior," which surfaced in September of last year. The platinum-certified debut includes the singles "Get Stoned" and "Lips of an Angel," both of which are streaming at the band's MySpace page.
