Billboard has recomputed its weekly Billboard 200 album chart because a "system failure at a significant chain made it impossible for data from that company's stores to be included when Nielsen SoundScan processed the sales charts that were released Sept. 29 on Billboard.com and Billboard.biz," according to a billboard.com report.

The Top 6 albums on the chart remain the same: Justin Timberlake's "FutureSex LoveSounds," Clay Aiken's "A Thousand Different Ways," Fergie's "The Dutchess," Kenny Chesney's "Live: Live Those Songs Again," John Mayer's "Continuum" and Beyonce's "B'Day."

There reportedly will be some changes to lower positions on the chart, which Billboard plans to update once the problem is sorted out.

Avril Lavigne [ tickets ], who recently was filmed spitting on paparazzi while out with her husband, Sum 41 [ tickets ]'s Deryck Whibley, issued the following statement on Friday (9/29):

"I'd like to sincerely apologize for my behavior with the paparazzi. It's trying at best dealing with their insistent intrusions. I meant no offense to my fans, whose relationship I truly value. I have and will always go out of my way for my fans. My behavior was a reaction to the persistent attack from the paparazzi."

Hawaiian crooner Don Ho [ tickets ] was released from a hospital Thursday (9/28) after a two-week stay to have a new pacemaker installed, according to an Associated Press report. The singer underwent a new heart treatment in Thailand last year that involved injecting stem cells from his blood into his heart.

Still no word on when Ho plans to resume his standing gig at the Ohana Waikiki Beachcomber hotel in Honolulu.
