Texas rockers Los Lonely Boys have filled in some gaps in their summer tour schedule to back their forthcoming second album, "Sacred," including dates opening for Carlos Santana.
The brothers Garza--Henry (guitar), Jojo (bass) and Ringo (drums)--are currently in the midst of a long trek, which next takes them to Mashantucket, CT, on Friday (6/23).
The band has added new shows throughout the summer, leading up to an eight-city stretch of dates opening for Santana, kicking off Sept. 16 in Wantagh, NY. The group has also lined up a Sept. 15 slot at the Austin City Limits music festival. The group's full itinerary is listed below.
"Sacred," the follow-up to Los Lonely Boys' self-titled 2003 debut, is scheduled to hit stores July 18. The first single from the new album, "Diamonds," is already getting radio airplay, and is currently streaming at the group's Myspace site.
