Country singer Carrie Underwood [ tickets ] is currently on the road with her "Carnival Ride Tour," set to hit approximately 50 cities in the US and Canada. Grateful fans will have plenty of opportunities to see the 2005 "American Idol" winner right up until the end of the year, with her last show of the tour scheduled for Dec. 7 in her hometown Nashville, TN.

"I love living in Nashville--I can work as much as I want, and it's a very family-friendly place to live," she told the Los Angeles Times in May. "Being on stage is my reward. If I've got to jump through a lot of hoops to get that reward, that's OK."
