Vince Neil commits to fall excursion

Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil will spend a couple weeks this fall on the tour trail, stopping by venues mostly along the East Coast.

Neil's next show is set for Nov. 14 in Walker, MN, and from there he heads east for a five-concert stretch through the end of the month. The roadwork concludes with one West Coast stop slated for Dec. 4 in Snoqualmie, WA. The full schedule is shown below.

Neil has two solo sets under his belt--1993's "Exposed," which reached No. 13 on The Billboard 200, and 1995's "Carved in Stone." The musician also released a live album, "Live at the Whisky: One Night Only," in 2003.

Neil's hard-rock outfit Motley Crue will unveil "The Greatest Hits," the group's fifth greatest hits compilation, on Nov. 17. A remix of "The Animal In Me," one track from the forthcoming set, is currently streaming at the band's MySpace page.

Motley Crue spent the summer headlining the latest incarnation of its Cruefest trek alongside Godsmack, Theory of a Deadman, Drowning Pool and Charm City Devils. During the two-month run, the group celebrated the 20th anniversary of its album "Dr. Feelgood" by playing the collection in its entirety.
