Paramore 'Eyes' new album, fall tour

Emo-rockers Paramore will hit the road this fall for a round of headlining dates in support of the band's latest album, the forthcoming "Brand New Eyes."

The Tennessee-bred outfit kicks off the outing Oct. 1 in Los Angeles, and will hit 17 cities on the trek, which concludes with a return to the group's home state Nov. 1 in Nashville. Dates are below.

The band's third studio album, "Brand New Eyes," is due in stores Sept. 29. The new set, which follows 2007's "Riot!," was recorded in California and produced by Rob Cavallo (Goo Goo Dolls, Green Day).

"He was perfect for our third record," guitarist Josh Farro told LiveDaily recently. "He was really relaxed, and really let us be ourselves on the record. He didn't try to force things down our throat. He was really cool. If he felt like we were going down the wrong path, he got us back to the right one."

The album's first single, "Ignorance," was released as a digital download in July, with the track peaking at No. 12 on Billboard's Alternative Songs chart.
