Katy Perry, Leona Lewis, LL Cool J headline Grammy tour

The 2009 Grammy Celebration Concert Tour presented by T-Mobile Sidekick will kick-off April 9 at the Hollywood Palladium with a performance by Leona Lewis.

The five-city tour will continue with an April 14 show at The Warfield in San Francisco and an April 28 show at the House of Blues in Boston; headliners for those dates will be announced; according to a press release.

Grammy nominee Katy Perry will perform May 13 at The Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater, and two-time Grammy winner LL Cool J will conclude the tour with a May 28 show at Terminal 5 in New York City.

A limited number of tickets for each performance will be available only through special, in-store contest giveaways at select T-Mobile retail locations. T-Mobile Sidekick will support the tour with an integrated marketing campaign that will feature radio promotions and an extensive online experience at Sidekick.com. The site will feature exclusive concert event information, photos and activities, including the chance to win a VIP concert package.

Editor's note: This story was corrected on 2/25; the original version gave the incorrect headliner for the Boston and San Francisco shows.
