John Fogerty [ tickets ] has mapped a quick fall theater tour of the US in support of his long-awaited solo set "The Blue Ridge Rangers Rides Again."

The two-week run, which begins Nov. 12 in Los Angeles, canvases the nation, visiting theaters and arenas in 12 major markets from coast to coast. The trek is currently slated to wrap with a Nov. 29 show in Boston. Details are listed below.

Released late last month, Fogerty's "The Blue Ridge Rangers Rides Again," a self-produced set featuring guest vocals from Bruce Springsteen, Don Henley and Timothy B. Schmidt. The new album--which finds Fogerty returning to the same folksy territory as his 1973 solo record, "Blue Ridge Rangers"--follows the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer's 2007 Grammy-nominated studio effort, "Revival."

"I've been carrying [these songs] around with me for a long time," Fogerty said in a recent interview with the Wall Street Journal. "It's been in the back of my mind to do another Blue Ridge Rangers album, so when I'd hear a song I'd think, 'That would be good for that.'"

Before the tour kick-off, the former Creedence Clearwater Revival frontman is slated to perform a fan-dictated set on "Live By Request," which will air live Nov. 7 on PBS television stations nationwide. Fans can submit requests across several media platforms for the viewer-created set list, including live interactive video requests, call-in and text requests, email and social-network requests.
