We all know somebody whose pet gets better treatment than most people do. One such pet even inspired a band's name. "Jake," drummer Vinnie Fiorello's pampered pooch, had everyone around him feeling Less Than Jake.

Based in Gainesville, FL, Less Than Jake formed in 1992 and has since released 7 studio albums. The latest set, entitled "GNV FLA," hit shelves last June. In an interview with Ultimate-Guitar, frontman Chris Demakes declared it "a quintessential Less Than Jake record," noting that the album features "lots of horns and lots of vocals."

A mainstay of the long-running Vans Warped Tour, fans have come to expect them to appear on the lineup. True to form, they will once again be making the trek this summer. In the meantime LiveDaily photographer Lyle A. Waisman attended the band's show in Chicago at the House of Blues last weekend (3/22), and here are some of his shots.
