With a warm-up club/theater tour in the bag, alt-rock band Daughtry is all set to tackle an arena tour in October.

Formed in 2006, the North Carolina based group is fronted by American Idol season 5 fourth-place finalist Chris Daughtry. He's joined in the band by lead guitarist Josh Steely, bassist Josh Paul (formerly of Suicidal Tendencies ), drummer Joey Barnes and rhythm guitarist Brian Craddock. This year, Daughtry's second studio album, "Leave This Town," topped The Billboard 200 chart. The set's first single, "No Surprise," made it to No. 15 on the Billboard Hot 100.

LiveDaily photographer Tim Mosenfelder attended their show at The Fillmore in San Francisco last night (8/20), and here are some of his best shots.
