Elvis Costello's 'Spectacle' launches second season

Bruce Springsteen, members of U2 and Sheryl Crow will be among the guests for season two of "Spectacle: Elvis Costello With...," which airs on the Sundance Channel, according to a press release.

The second season of the critically acclaimed music/talk series will debut Dec. 9 with special guests Bono and The Edge. Additional confirmed guests for the seven-part season include Lyle Lovett, John Prine, Ron Sexsmith, Neko Case, Ray LaMontagne, Nick Lowe, Levon Helm, Richard Thompson and Allen Toussaint.

In a statement, Sundance Channel EVP/GM Sarah Barnett said, "The series offers viewers unusually close access to artists through its mix of candid conversations and exciting music performances. This season's A-list line-up is a testament to the tremendous respect that artists feel for Elvis Costello as a musician and entertainer."

Season one of "Spectacle," which is produced in conjunction with Elton John, is now available at Apple's iTunes store and as a DVD/BluRay box set, which was released Nov. 17.
