Briefly: Kid Rock, Ruben Studdard, Obie Trice, My Chemical Romance
Kid Rock and model/actress Pamela Anderson had a wedding ceremony Saturday (7/29) aboard a yacht in Saint-Tropez.
One ceremony apparently isn't enough for the couple, however. "I'm going to get married a few times this month to the same guy," Anderson reportedly said Wednesday (7/26) during a press conference. "We had to do Malibu, we've got to do Detroit, and we've got to do Nashville."
A spokesperson for the Saint-Tropez mayor told People Magazine that the ceremony there wasn't a legal union, but rather "a celebration."
No word on when the official papers will be signed.
Ruben Studdard , winner of the second season of the Fox-TV talent show "American Idol," will release his third album, "The Return," on Sept. 26.
Lead single "Change Me," produced by The Underdogs, was sent to radio today (7/31). Additional producers with a hand in the album included Scott Storch, Ne-Yo and Bryan-Michael Cox.
Studdard self-produced a cover "If Only for One Night" (popularized by Luther Vandross), and co-wrote three of the albums tracks.
Obie Trice 's second album, "Second Round's on Me," is now expected to hit stores on Aug. 15. The set was initially scheduled for release in May.
My Chemical Romance is currently recording a follow-up to their breakthrough 2004 set, the platinum-selling "Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge." The as-yet-untitled disc is due in stores Oct. 24.
