Briefly: Prince, The Raconteurs, Kevin Federline, The Judds

Prince 's new album, "3121," sold about 183,000 copies during its first week in stores, enough to give the veteran artist his first No. 1 debut on The Billboard 200 album chart.

The soundtrack to the Disney TV movie "High School Musical" falls one notch to No. 2, while James Blunt's "Back to Bedlam" falls from No. 2 to No. 3, according to Billboard.

Clocking in at No. 4--up 20 slots from a week ago--is Barry Manilow's "The Greatest Songs of the Fifties." Ne-Yo's "In My Own Words" rounds out the Top 5.

The Raconteurs --featuring fellow Detroit musicians Jack White (The White Stripes) and Brendan Benson--are scheduled to play their first US show April 7 at Irving Plaza in New York City.

Only one other date is currently on the group's schedule: an Aug. 4 appearance at Lollapalooza in Chicago.

Kevin Federline --so far best known as Britney Spears' husband--will release his debut album, "Playing with Fire," in August.

Mother/daughter team Naomi and Wynonna Judd are scheduled to appear together during the April 4 episode of the USA Network talent show "Nashvile Star."

The Judds aren't scheduled to perform on the program. Wynonna is co-host of the series this year (along with Cowboy Troy) and Naomi is booked to be a guest judge on the program.
