A U.S. district court judge has signed a temporary order that prevents a company from promoting or distributing any part of a video that reportedly features the Detroit rap-rocker and former Creed frontman Scott Stapp engaged in sex acts with four women.

A court hearing on Friday (2/24) will determine whether or not the distribution ban will remain in effect.

The company that plans to sell the tape, World Wide Red Light District, distributed a Paris Hilton sex video in 2004.
