Dave Matthews Updates Itinerary With June Shows, Preps Weekend Sales

The Dave Matthews Band has added a June leg of shows to their spring tour schedule. The new dates, announced Saturday by the band's official web site, take the tour back into amphitheatres after a trio of stadium bookings at the end of May. The new round of dates route the tour back into the South.

Matthews is entering the final week of his acoustic tour with Tim Reynolds, and will take the month of April off before launching the full band tour on May 1st in Tampa, FL.

The first round of public sales for the new tour are set for Saturday (3/20). Information released via the www.dmband.com site lists the three stadium dates on the tour, May 20th at Philadelphia's Veteran's Stadium, May 25th at East Rutherford's Giants Stadium and May 29th at Boston's Foxboro Stadium, as being set for public ticket sales this weekend.

The site also notes a massive release of twelve dates set for March 27th.
