Disturbed reveals winter dates for Jagermeister tour
Rockers Disturbed , who are currently headlining the fall leg of the Jagermeister Music Tour, have nailed down the itinerary for the outing's winter leg.
The new batch of shows, which focuses on the West and South, kicks off Jan. 6 in Spokane, WA, and stretches into late February. Tickets for a number of performances are scheduled to hit the box office in the coming days. Details are included in the itinerary below.
The tour's in-progress fall leg, which is making stops throughout the East and Midwest, wraps up just before Christmas, and features Corrosion of Conformity in the opening slot. As previously reported, Bloodsimple will take over for COC during the winter leg.
Disturbed is working the road behind its latest album, "Ten Thousand Fists," which surfaced in late September and sold about 240,000 copies during its first week in stores. That total was enough to earn the set a No. 1 debut on The Billboard 200 chart.
Disturbed recorded "Ten Thousand Fists" in its hometown of Chicago, and co-produced the set with Johnny K, who also guided the band's 3.4-million-selling 2000 release, "The Sickness," and 2002's platinum-plus-selling "Believe," which also debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200.
Southern metal outfit Corrosion of Conformity is backing its latest album, "In the Arms of God." The set, which hit the shelves in April. is the group's first new studio release since 2000's "America's Volume Dealer."
"A Cruel World," Bloodsimple's debut release, landed in stores earlier this year.
