Briefly: Korn, The Darkness, The Fugees, Miranda Lambert
Korn will release a new album titled "See You on the Other Side" on Dec. 6, according to the band's publicist. The set's first single, "Twisted Transistor," recently hit radio.
Korn frontman Jonathan Davis produced the album with The Matrix and Atticus Ross.
Rockers The Darkness are set to drop their sophomore album, "One Way Ticket to Hell ... and Back," on Nov. 29.
The group tapped Roy Thomas Baker (Queen, The Who, David Bowie) to produce the set, which is the follow up to 2003's "Permission to Land."
The Fugees , who recently reunited to release their first single in almost a decade, will embark on a three-week European tour, beginning with a Nov. 30 stop in Vienna. So far, no plans for a U.S. tour have been announced.
Singer/songwriter Miranda Lambert will join previously announced support act Tracy Lawrence on the upcoming George Strait tour, which gets underway in January and will visit 25 cities during the first half of 2006. The tour's itinerary hasn't been announced.
