Pearl Jam Unleashes New Single On Internet
Pearl Jam 's first single "Nothing As It Seems," from its forthcoming album "Binaural" (Epic), is available over the Internet through April 24.
Written by bassist Jeff Ament, the track is being streamed through Pearl Jam's official website, the Ten Club website and Apple's QuickTime website.
Fans will be able to buy the track, along with B-side "Insignificance," at retail outlets on April 25. The band will perform on ''Late Night with David Letterman'' on April 12.
Three weeks ago, the band announced a 40-date North American tour, but venue information has not been released. ''Binaural'' is scheduled to be released in North America on May 16, a week earlier than the band previously announced.
