Dave Matthews Band sets up late-2005 roadtrip
With their summer tour now behind them, Dave Matthews and company are setting their sights on a late-fall run through North America.
The group is set to launch the run in the Midwest near the end of November, and dates so far stretch into mid-December. Tickets for the currently confirmed shows are set to hit the box office the weekend of Oct. 7-8. Details are included in the itinerary below.
Members of the band's official fan club, dubbed the Warehouse, will have a chance to purchase tickets before the public on-sale date via an online pre-sale. More information is available at the group's website.
Gavin DeGraw , Soulive and Mike Doughty will rotate through the opening slot, with DeGraw on board from Nov. 26-30, Soulive from Dec. 3-9 and Doughty from Dec. 10-15, according to a band announcement.
In May, Dave Matthews Band issued its latest album, "Stand Up." The set sold about 465,000 copies during its first week out, securing it a No. 1 debut on The Billboard 200 album chart.
